The Education Committee is selling Faith T-Shirts for Sunday School children and families. The T-Shirts are $6 each. Please fill out this order form for each shirt ordered. You must submit payment to the church office by Sunday, September 30. Checks may be made payable to ULC. (Shirts will not be ordered if payment has not been received)
